Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RW IT budget and provide cost variance analysis
- Contract management
- Monitor and process maintenance and contract renewals
- Vendor Invoice Reconciliation
- Monitor deviations for month/month compliance
- Manage Invoice dispute process
- Vendor and 3rd party SLA monitor and reporting
- Work with internal legal and finance teams to review and interpret contracts for various 3rd party agreements
- Generate reports from various data sources
- Create executive level presentations and be able to represent them with an executive audience
- Coordinate and facilitate various executive meetings
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS from a four-year college or university or three years related experience and/or training, MBA is a bonus
- 5+ years of experience drafting commercial agreements and negotiating commercial deals
Skills and Qualifications:
- Very detail oriented
- Contract interpretation
- Diplomacy and conflict management skills
- Financial acumen
- Familiar with data sources and how to critically compile
- Proficient in Excel
- Google sheets experience
- Problem solving / Critical thinking
- Able to manage time sensitive requests
- Executive presence
- A desire to work closely with our business teams on negotiating deals in support of company strategy
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with little direction and/or supervision
- Superior communication skills and demonstrated experience interacting at multiple levels in the organization
- Ability to quickly develop a deep knowledge of the company, industry, products, and services
Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $130,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
