Job Duties and Responsibilities

Our training creation team is seeking a highly motivated experienced Instructional Designer II to support CXO training deliverables on-site at our Denver location. The team works closely with multiple business and operations stakeholders throughout project life cycles, and we're actively engaged in supporting all lines of business, including TV and Retail Wireless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute internal communication and training strategies that align with business objectives
- Write, edit, and distribute internal communications, including (but not limited to) news updates, leadership emails, video scripts, technical writing, and executive updates
- Collaborate with various departments and senior leadership to ensure consistent and clear messaging
- Create engaging learning activities that meet instructional objectives and support participant learning by incorporating adult learning theories, gamification, and relevant on-the-job practice opportunities
- Develop courses using Articulate Rise and Storyline, Google Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other applications
- Upload and manage content in the Oracle Learning Management System
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Communications, English, Education, Instructional Design, or similar
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and the ability to apply them in real-world training design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management skills in order to facilitate a project from conception to measuring its success
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
