Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation, repair, and service of equipment
- Fabricate, assemble, and install duct work and chassis parts
- Cut, bend, fit, thread and join piping and tubing
- Daily checks of equipment on-site
- Install air and water filters
- Connect, adjust, and troubleshoot temperature control systems
- Lubricate fans, motors, and control units
- Must be able to follow blueprints or engineering specifications
- Perform general facilities maintenance tasks including lawn maintenance when asked, cleaning and other tasks as assigned
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of relevant commercial HVAC job experience
- Posses EPA Certification/CFC Licenses
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret product specifications and drawings
- Self-starting individual who has the ability to plan work activities and identify safety hazards
- Basic computer skills are required
- Able to work in hot/cold environments during all seasons and loud equipment rooms
- Able to receive and understand verbal directions proficiently
- Able to operate forklift and manlift
- Able to work off ladders
- Climb and crawl into tight and difficult spaces and be able to lift 50lbs or more
Work Hours:
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.70/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
