Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Planning and Analytics to join our Retail Wireless Operations team. This individual will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing planning processes and operational efficiency. The Head of Planning and Analytics will be responsible for developing strategic plans, coordinating day-to-day operations with product, marketing, and sales teams, and implementing initiatives to achieve revenue maximization. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Lead planning and execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives
  • Drive demand planning using statistical forecasting and AI models
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and processes
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and identify improvement areas
  • Maintain data infrastructure and perform analytics to maximize business performance
Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Head of Planning and Analytics, you will have:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, or related roles


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with C-suite and other extended leadership engagements
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $181,500.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
