Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Direct Sales Department communicates with thousands of new and existing customers everyday, across multiple brands, currently including Dish TV, Hughes, and Boost Mobile. We're seeking a Financial Analyst II to join our critical finance team onsite within the direct sales department, and play a key role in improving the department's long-run financial efficiencies, cost per unit metrics, and to reach its performance goals as we continue to manage our investments moving into the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a performance-based variable compensation model ($50M+ responsibility), to include calibration of incentives and modeling, analysis and identification of opportunities, and creation of new plans
  • Refine sales agent-level financial metrics, to include the fine tuning of scoring/measurement system, incorporating multiple existing metrics to align with overall department goals
  • Develop Comprehensive, Regional, and Site-level financial review for distribution to site leadership, including supporting details, variance explanations, and identification of areas of concern
  • Prepares pro-forma statements, capital expenditure justifications, ROI analyses, and other ad-hoc financial models to support department initiatives
  • Assist in monthly / quarterly / annual FP&A, to include presenting to senior leadership current fiscal posture and budget execution variances
  • Perform as one of four financial analysts on the Direct Sales Finance Team
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • 3 or more years of financial analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, and budgeting or relevant work experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, related field, or relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in Tableau, SQL, and OneStream is a plus but not required
  • MBA or MS-Finance is a plus but not required
  • Understanding of business financial and accounting concepts (Accruals, Reversal, GAAP principles, etc.) preferred


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions related to financial, accounting, and payroll expenditures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of statistical implications on data and ability to manage multiple variables to achieve desired results
  • Ability to design, collaborate, and implement complex financial models with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high throughput environment. Ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments, personnel, adjacent teams, and vendors
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
