Job Duties and Responsibilities
As we expand our 5G network and adapt to the changing television landscape, we're investing in growing our consumer direct/omnichannel capabilities. This role will be crucial in building and enhancing this capability. Reporting to the Manager - Product Management, the Digital Product Analyst will oversee digital products, including web and mobile apps, and internal tools that support frictionless shopping experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and product managers, ensuring a holistic user experience. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential for engaging with business leads.
Key Relationships: Business leaders (Retail Wireless, DISH TV, Sling), Product Management, Experience Design, Engineering, Digital Marketing, MarTech, and Operations.
Objectives:
- Contribute to a high-performing product team in an agile squad model.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate experiences and align on priorities.
- Inform iterative product cycles to solve customer problems and drive value.
- Analyze feedback and KPIs to continuously improve user experiences.
- Engage stakeholders to communicate vision, progress, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritize features and functionality, and steward the engineering backlog
- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and various business teams in the development, digital products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, or business analysis within technology
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of agile and lean methodologies, as well as design thinking principles
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
- Diplomatic, relationship building and ability to influence people over whom you might not have direct authority
- Executive presence and commercial acumen
- Demonstrated success in both enterprise and more nimble/startup cultures
- Grit, a sense of adventure, and a willingness to learn and explore
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
