Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for interval level reporting through out the day
- Will be responsible for daily summaries of call volume/aux/any channel issues/outliers
- Observe and report real time agent outliers
- Observe and report real time channel issues for Dish TV
- Troubleshoot and schedule MVDDS sites for maintenance
- Ad hock reporting and requests when needed
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience; or five-plus years of related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Familiar with GSuite products
- SQL experience
- Previous Workforce Management experience (real-time or scheduling preferably)
- WFM software experience (preferrably Calabrio Teleopti)
- Prior Amazon Connect experience
- Familiar with Tableau
Compensation: $27.02/Hour - $38.70/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
