Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the planning, creative direction, and execution of existing customer marketing campaigns; including email, web, transactional account messaging, and more
  • Work with programming partners such as FOX, AMC, Disney and others to understand key marketing opportunities and leverage those opportunities to drive customer engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative agencies to build, refine, and test marketing creatives
  • Manage and multi-task with multiple projects simultaneously with supervision
  • Build relationships enterprise-wide, and successfully work across departments to coordinate and communicate with various groups
  • Communicate project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines effectively across technical and non-technical teams at all levels of the organization
  • Consistently monitors and reports on the project progress/status to all stakeholders and assists in issue resolution as necessary
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors in Marketing or related discipline strongly preferred; degree from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • Strong background in developing creative marketing strategies and following through with execution and analysis
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong relationship skills to work cross-functionally and leverage different departments to meet tight deadlines and overcome obstacles
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
