Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop peering, IP transit, and interconnection requirements for the 5G network.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze voice call traffic using Call Detail Records (CDRs).
  • Create business cases for traffic flow adjustments to third parties and assess their impact.
  • Manage data traffic flows and recommend necessary network changes.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and redundancy requirements are met.
  • Collaborate across teams, providing technical job aids and managing performance through SLAs and KPIs.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Math, Finance, or Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in Internet/Telecommunications networks


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with SIP protocol, including call flows, configuration, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong background in VoIP technologies and Call Detail Records (CDRs).
  • Experience in voice traffic capacity management and interconnect within Wireless Core and IMS.
  • Ability to analyze telemetry, establish benchmarks, and provide insights for proactive network operations.
  • Familiarity with optical networking, including writing detailed technical specifications.
  • Understanding of traffic engineering, internet access services, and Ethernet services, along with knowledge of telecom industry partners.


Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,160.00/Year - $118,800.00/Year
