Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an Installation Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and service of Commercial video and HSD systems while leading, mentoring, and directing technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directing employee activity, which can involve hands-on guidance in the field, to achieve performance goals for the location
  • Building a high performance work team to deliver an advanced level of quality and service in all daily activities
  • Managing the installation and service of Commercial and MDU video and HSD systems
  • Communicate status and issues clearly across various organizational levels,
  • Creating, fostering and maintaining strategic business relationships with both internal and external partners within the designated region.
  • Creating excitement and engaging all employees in new business opportunities and strategies
Skills, Experience and Requirements

This Installation Manager role is very hands-on. It requires a leader who leads by example and is proactive as well as strategic. The success of the Installation Manager is based on the performance of their team so it is essential that you have the confidence and ability to effectively coach, train, and develop team members. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced changing environment and is eager to grow and develop with our company.

Education and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in installation and maintenance of MDU or Commercial Video and HSD systems
  • 2 years of management experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and work nonstandard hours as needed to support business needs


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment
  • Ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization;
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, and evenings
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
