Job Duties and Responsibilities

An Application Experience Tester (Wireless UAT) conducts user acceptance testing to drive enhanced usability and functionality in a variety of customer and customer support agent applications for our Wireless brands. A successful analyst supports project success and completion by working with business teams to ensure comprehensive, accurate, and timely testing of project features. This position may require night and weekend work, both scheduled and unscheduled.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Design and Planning - Develop and maintain test cases, using business/IT requirements to ensure software and application changes meet outlined requirements
  • End-User Experience - Evaluate project requirements and approach testing with the optimal user experience in mind
  • Cross-Team Collaboration - Work with various departments throughout the company, including marketing, sales, product, IT, and, at times, third-party vendors; proactively communicate status changes, improvements, and defect fixes to larger audiences
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Aptitude for defining problems, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions
  • Ability to balance workload between planning for future work while delivering on current projects
  • Must be able to navigate complex applications, situations, and tasks with minimal direct oversight from management.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey testing status and discovered issues
  • Strong competency using Google Suite is desired; experience/familiarity using project management software (Jira, Service Now, HP ALM) is preferred
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
