Job Duties and Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage Boost Mobile store performance in New York City. In this role, you'll collaborate with store owners to optimize operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance. Responsibilities include project management, team leadership, sales training, and coaching for frontline teams. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as the primary contact for store inquiries and ensuring smooth operations. Your expertise will be key to supporting retail partners and achieving success across the territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and training through role plays and side-by-side selling with sales reps
- Drive marketing campaigns and inspect retail store performance
- Make daily calls to stores to boost sales performance and handle customer escalations
- Ensure Boost brand standards are maintained across all stores in the territory
- Identify new retail locations using local knowledge and real estate contacts
- Implement strategies to exceed sales quotas and maintain expert knowledge of Boost products
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post-high school
- 4+ years of sales and/or account management experience
- 3+ years of training, relationship development, planning, or business management
- 1+ years selling wireless products or services
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license with three years of driving history, completed driver's safety training, and compliance with DISH's Driver Safety Policy.
- Experience in contract or vendor relationships.
- Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced sales environment, providing quick solutions for escalations.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide sales and marketing counseling, working well individually and in teams.

Postion includes a commission potential of $20,000 at 100% of hitting performance goals above base salary
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $80,545.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
