What You'll Do
- Responsible for providing and coordinating support to leadership on strategic business initiatives including planning, prioritization, and project execution.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It
- Provides logistical support and leadership for many of the activities intended to set strategic direction and maintain alignment within the business. Participates in business unit scorecard and process reviews.
- Provides overall direction and support to the leadership team in defining, prioritizing, pursuing, and monitoring major initiatives.
- Manages and interprets data on business performance. Monitors and optimizes business performance.
- Manages budget and expense planning.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related
- 6+ years in Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management, or related
- In Lieu of Education, 8+ years Finance, Marketing, Operations or general business management or related.

Bonus Points If You Have
- Masters in Business Administration and Management, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or related preferred.
- 8+ years Finance, Marketing, Operations, or general business management, or related preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple levels and business areas.
- Experience in business strategy, leadership, coordination, partnership, and driving work forward.
- Experience in the Technology space is a plus!

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $103,000.00 to $174,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
