Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for space and occupancy planning for all Discover sites and will act as a point of contact (POC) on CAD/CAFM and Move Management projects. Will manage the project from evaluation, preparation of quotation, scheduling, and on site supervision through project completion. Collaborates with Client and Business Partners for various space management services and needs (including, but not limited to: Space and Occupancy Planning, Move Coordination, Asset Management, Small Construction Projects and the management of data relating to these activities).
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

How You'll Do It

  • Oversee and manage Move/Add/Change (MAC) process (Facility work orders) & interface with end users, move coordinators and business partners to evaluate space needs for all Discover sites.
  • Prepare space occupancy metrics reports.
  • Coordinate small project management activities with Design & Construction/Facilities Operations and key client stakeholders, including pre and pos.
  • Work closely with Architects and Contractors to manage Branding/Graphics and signage for construction related projects.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Associates degree in Project Management, Facilities Management, or related
  • 4+ years of experience in Occupancy Planning or Facilities reporting or related
  • 4+ years of experience with Archibus or related IWMS software
  • In Lieu of Degree 6+ years of experience in Occupancy Planning or Facilities reporting or related
  • In Lieu of Degree 6+ years years of experience with Archibus or related IWMS software

  • Travel up to 10% of the time.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Associates degree in Architecture
  • Space Management/AutoCad Certificate

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $67,000.00 to $113,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
