We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tech Risk Analyst to join our Technology Risk Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and maintaining the implementation of our technology risk framework that manages governance, risk and compliance objectives.
This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that our technology-related risks are managed effectively and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyzes and manages risk management issues by identifying, measuring, and making decisions on operational or enterprise risks for an organization. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities
- Documents and ensures communication of key risks.
- Maintains input or data quality of risk management systems.
- Identifies key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments, such as asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments.
- Recommends ways to control or reduce risk.
- Devises systems and processes to monitor validity of risk-modeling outputs.
- Uses a wide range of technology with an emphasis on cybersecurity to advise and counsel their partners.
- Assist and support in driving and maintaining the implementation and maintenance of framework that manages governance, risk and compliance objectives
- Manage risk management, compliance and security governance activities
- Translate compliance and technical requirements into relevant and understandable terms
Minimum Qualifications
At a minimum, here's what we need from you:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology, Risk, Compliance or related field
Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security technologies. Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make informed decisions based on data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in conducting risk assessments and preparing reports.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
