Job Description:

Support Sales and leadership by developing, maintaining, delivering, and measuring the impact of Sales-enablement and marketing assets to help client- and prospect-facing employees tell the story of the company value proposition, drive buying decisions and maximize conversations. Serve as the liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment and that content and tools meet Sales' needs and are easily accessible. Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams to improve the impact and value of sales assets for both internal and external stakeholders around product solutions and industry trends. Manage many facets of the development, design, and usage of a single repository of Sales Enablement assets. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management. A successful candidate has strong written communication and presentation development skills. They are an expert storyteller with a passion for B2B marketing and a knowledge of B2B Sales cycles. The successful candidate is adept at taking complex topics and turning them into simple visual and narrative concepts for Sales to use when consulting with clients and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Sales Enablement resources to provide support for management and relationship managers.
  • Manages the department's sales cycle and life-cycle content and associated reporting.
  • Manages business review processes including research and design materials.
  • Partners with the business to improve processes and drive efficiencies.
  • Ensures the adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Develops sales presentations, client meeting content, case studies, sales collateral, messaging platforms, and talking points
  • Able to use CRM tools and review industry research in message and story development
  • Work with finance, business, and account analysts to identify, curate, and package data and reports that underpin value story
  • Develops and manages a repository of current templates, tools, and collateral for client-facing staff to access and use on demand
  • Works to connect direct sales activity with CRM systems
  • Collaborates with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Trainers, and Brand Managers to ensure consistency and quality of organization's message and brand
  • Contributes to Sales training

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Operations, Sales Enablement, Project Management or related experience
  • In lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Operations, Sales Enablement, or Project Management

Preferred Qualifications

  • High level of PowerPoint proficiency
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to learn, understand and simplify complex business topics
  • Highly organized planner with strong project and time management skills
  • Ability to understand client base and how it is segmented
  • CRM experience, particularly Salesforce
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Strong understanding of what Sales needs and how Marketing can support them
  • Knowledge of sales cycles
  • Experience enhancing contact between Sales and clients with content or information

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
