Job Description:
Responsible for end to end process owner support for Credit Dispute Resolution , including strategy development, performance analysis, and executive and decision support analysis. Develops and manages the core operational elements of the card credit bureau dispute process. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

What You'll Do
- Develops operational strategies for enhancing customer experience and reducing customer effort during Discover Card credit bureau dispute process
- Works closely with Analytics to make data-driven recommendations that further reduce/automate manual processes in the disputes process to drive down expenses and reduce risk
- Provides thought leadership & strategic thinking to solve complex business problems and independently recommend and implement solutions.
- Designs business requirements and success criteria to agile teams for technical improvements. Completes pre and post install assessments to ensure projects were implemented on time, and meet business requirements
- Collaborates with Compliance, Risk and Operational partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Creates and maintains controls and monitoring mechanisms to satisfy internal and external regulatory requirements for multiple FCRA regulated processes .
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Mathematics, Statistics or Analytics
- 2+ years of Analytical, Financial services (e.g. credit card, banking, insurance or similar) or consulting.
- In lieu of degree, 4+ years of experience in Analytical, Financial services (e.g. credit card, banking, insurance or similar) or consulting.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
