Job Description:

What You'll Do

• Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Manages all aspects of the project over its entire life including: the initiation, plan development, execution, controls, and implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

• Facilitates Enterprise Change Management through the design, implementation, execution, and governance of the ECM program. Create tools, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and reporting.
• Supports risk management through the change management lifecycle. Establish and maintain program documentation and controls, and utilize lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Acts as a liaison between the business and development resources. Manage all aspects of each project. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business needs.
• Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked, and team members are providing progress updates.
• Assist with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimate work efforts and manage resources accordingly.
• Document agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate statuses to stakeholders.

• Bachelors Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, Project Management, Finance, Social Sciences, or Continuous Improvement
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related and applicable areas of experience
• In Lieu of Education 8 + years of experience in Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Risk Management, Continuous Improvement, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related and applicable areas of experience
• Agile and/or Kanban, PMP
• Experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or related oversight functions
