Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Sits on Portfolio Chief of Staff team, responsible for developing and implementing frameworks and processes to deliver flawless execution of high-value programs across Portfolio product families.
- Partners with the Product Areas/Families to oversee the flow of work including intake, prioritization, tracking and reporting, to enable the business teams and leadership see progress, remove blockers, and make decisions needed to deliver value to the organization.
- Works closely with cross-functional stakeholders including business technology, finance, analytics to deliver end-to-end program value.
- Actively manages and escalates risks to support business in delivering key business goals.

How You'll Do It
- Drive organizational engagement for high value initiatives, including but not limited to ensuring standards/processes are aligned to support goals
- Oversee planning of Initiatives from inception through implementation and ensure adherence to industry, technology and business processes and standards.
- Partner with product and technology leaders to drive value-based prioritization through financial evaluation of investments, and approach to translate ideas into executable portfolios that align with vision and strategy.
- Orchestrates workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model to align on timing of delivery and ensure operational readiness, risk assessments, and training considerations have been made to enable utilization and go to market of products
- Provide transparency and insights to the work and value expected within the Portfolio
- Generates leadership-level reporting and scorecards to track progress against key milestones
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors in Accounting, Business Administration and Management, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering or related
- 6+ years in Operations Management, Process Management, Technology, Lean/Six Sigma, Operations, Risk Management, Arts or related
- In lieu of education, 8+ years Operations Management, Process Management, Risk Management or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $91,000.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
