Job Description:

What You'll Do

Responsible for managing multiple interconnected projects within the program. Assist and or oversee product initiatives from inception to implementation while ensuring necessary functionality and flexibility aligned with the company's long-term objectives. Orchestrates workflows across teams and complex portfolios in a matrixed operating model. Partners with product and platform leads to develop the business case, scope the work, and ensure alignment on vision and strategy. Assist with department quarterly planning, reporting and communication and other activities as requested.

How You'll Do It

  • Manage multiple interconnected projects within the program, ensuring projects are on tack
  • Facilitate and drive decisions from key stakeholders around financials, scope, risks and dependencies.
  • Partner with product leads and teams to develop the business case and ensure alignment on vision and strategy.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering open communication and collaboration, and assists in resolving conflicts.
  • Identify potential risks within the program and develop a plan to mitigate and/or address issues.
  • Compile and create metrics, dashboards and reports for stakeholders and management by partnering with PO, SMs and Leads and leveraging available project management tools and resources.
  • Utilize project management standards and best practices to lead workstreams within assigned programs as needed.
  • Coordinate and plan quarterly planning events, ensure all supporting documents are updated, and timely communication sent.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management
  • 4+ years of Program or Project Management, or related experience.
  • In Lieu of a degree, 6+ years of Program or Project Management, or related experience.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
