What You'll Do

Senior member of IT Support responsible for IT Operations managing multiple systems and tools. Focused on key systems/applications within a business unit like Card, Bank or Payments. Provides technical direction to the team and works with other BT teams to integrate support procedures as systems are brought online or enhanced. Trains junior team members. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

On an Agile infrastructure team, you are responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle for client workstation and application virtualization solutions. Core competencies include but are not limited to: Citrix Technologies including XenDesktop and XenApp, VDI, Software Deployment, PowerShell scripting/automation. Works independently as well as part of a tight-knit team, provides forward thinking solutions that drive both infrastructure and business solutions in a highly available and highly regulated environment. Interfaces with Solution Architects and other corresponding teams (network, security, appdev, hardware) on feature enrichment or problem solving of issues relating to the full system architecture stack.

How You'll Do It

  • Provides technical leadership to team. subject matter expert on key systems and management tools/systems. Provides Operational requirements to BT teams.
  • Participants on product design and system selection.
  • Mentors other team members.
  • Collaborates with Business and BT partners to ensure internal and external customers' needs are met.
  • Works with Business partners, operations, product/applications teams, and project managers to develop process and procedures for operational readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

At a minimum, here's what we need from you:

  • Associate's degree in computer science or related
  • 4+ Years Experience IT Computer Operations, IT Customer Service or related
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in IT Services or related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in IT Computer Operations, IT Customer Service or related
  • ITIL certifications
  • 6+ Years Experience working Virtualized environments (Citrix, VMware, Nutanix etc.) utilizing innovative and automated solutions.
  • In depth knowledge of related infrastructure technologies and landscape (hardware, software, network, security, etc.)
  • Demonstrated incident, problem, and escalation management for own area of responsibility with a strong customer focus.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI-DSS is preferred
  • Demonstrated strong presentation and communication skills and the capability to address and interact with individuals or groups at varying levels of the organization.
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies a plus

Tools/Software Experience

  • Virtualization Technologies: VMware, Citrix or equivalent
  • Operating Systems:
    • Microsoft Windows
    • Linux
  • PowerShell Scripting
  • SCCM or equivalent experience with configuration management solutions
  • Group Policy Management
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Audit/Compliance

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
