Job Description:

The Director, Transaction Experiences, manages the delivery of all product and technology related initiatives that support experiences driven by transaction-level data including Statements, Recent Activity, Letters, Recurring Charges, Freeze It, and Fulfillment Kits. The selected leader will be responsible for creating a culture of effective risk management, product leadership, and data-driven decision making. Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

Creates a culture of effective risk management, accountability, and demonstration of risk awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving customer experience leveraging data, analytics and technology to drive learning agendas and insights for improvement.
  • Manages the delivery of technology related initiatives across the business including monthly installs and new innovations, products, etc.
  • Develops, recommends and implements initiatives with technology partners to increase capabilities across the customer lifecycle.
  • Responsible for managing applicable web insight tools to drive the business.
  • Manages product focused team.
  • Ensures operational and legal compliance across digital properties.

Minimum qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelors in any of the following: (Business Administration & Management / Engineering / Arts / Social Science)

Experience:

  • 8+ years General business experience or related experience
  • 4+ years of People management experience within product delivery

Preferred qualifications:

Education:

  • Masters degree preferred in any of the following areas: Business Administration & Management / Information Technology / Engineering

Experience:

  • 10+ years General business experience or related experience
  • 6 + years of Product delivery experience

In Lieu of Education Experience:

  • 15+ years of Product or technology delivery experience (preferred).
