We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing professional who is passionate about helping developers and small businesses succeed with cloud technology. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will own our Product Led Sales (PLS) function. Using marketing automation and customer data, you will identify customers ready for a Sales conversation, driving account conversion, expansion, and long-term retention.

  • Day-to-day management of our PLS tool, Pocus
  • Performance and attribution reporting in Salesforce, Looker, and Amplitude
  • Uncovering areas of opportunity to improve our lead-to-opportunity rates
  • You’ll iterate and experiment: We want to optimize and maintain our existing lead flow and test new lead sources and segmentation that improve opportunity creation and rep productivity.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally: You will partner closely with Sales, Data and Analytics, and Revenue Operations to drive revenue success. While working with those teams, you’ll ensure our Sales organization meets its revenue goals while enabling our customers to meet their business goals. 
  • What We’ll Expect From You:

    • Product Led Sales Expertise: We’re looking for someone with previous experience driving qualified lead generation and pipeline at scale. You’ll understand how to use customer data and automation to surface the right accounts at the right time for a sales-assisted approach. Deep reporting knowledge: You know how to connect the dots between activity and outcome and can show how our PLS program contributes to Sales opportunities and revenue. Project management chops: You’ll have a strong attention to detail and the ability to understand and plan against cross-dependencies to drive projects forward.
    • A collaborative mindset: A proven track record of working cross-functionally to execute your goals.
    • Strategic thinking: Ability to go above and beyond by leveling up the quality of the systems, processes, and reporting that support our Sales organization.
    • Domain experience: Experience in cloud infrastructure or developer services a plus.

    • We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $135,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
