  • Work in tools like Jira, Gsuite, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Lotti, After Effects, other Adobe Creative Cloud tools, and other current tools.

Key Metrics:

  • Working across website experimentation metrics including the following:
  • Acquisition metrics (UVEC's and Completed signups)

  • Ability to comprehensively articulate creative directions and design decisions with input from stakeholders and design peers
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and problem solving by bringing well-thought-out ideas to the table in an organized manner along with a plan for implementation
  • Ability to receive and take action from feedback, choose what's actionable and what's not,  and collaborate with other team members to find the best solution
  • Incorporate existing brand styles and components to deliver refined visual concepts while still holding space to push for improvements
  • Exhibit a team-forward mindset
  • Love what you do and lead by example
  • Detail orientation, punctuality, and empathy are of the utmost importance
  • Experience using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on interactive design.
