This role will serve as the main point of contact internally and with distributors and will provide support, communication & coordination at the local level to ensure alignment of activity to help drive the business for key brand initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reinforce cross-category calendar with internal teams and distributor partners
  • Coordinate with agencies regarding execution of programs (e.g., MKTG = sampling and non-premise)
  • Communicate brand ambitions, priorities and programs to distributor trade and sales teams
  • Create GSM content for all categories and present to distributor sales team monthly
  • Track, order, and/or customize POS for market needs / priorities (e.g., tracking and in-store)
  • Manage coupon calendar and order coupons
  • Manage key activation activities by market for all categories
  • Facilitate any cross-category activation opportunities
  • Track ongoing spend towards overall budget
  • Support PO management, track ongoing spend towards overall budget
  • Coordinate chain activities and rest-of-market coverage with strategic account teams


ABOUT YOU

Preferred Experience, Skills and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across a matrixed organization with multiple partners
  • Financial and budget management
  • Must have strong relationship management and presentation skills
