About this role
As Tax & Treasury Assistant Manager, This role will be responsible for assisting all local tax and treasury functions support for the 3 in-charge China entities, majorly including Tax Compliance filings with an accurate and timely manner; banking / cash management and local payment support.

You will be responsible for:
Tax
- Assist in all tax compliance filing process for the in-scope entities, including but not limited to CIT, VAT, withholding tax, local surtax;
- Conduct the relative tax filling on timely basis;
- Assist in month end closing processes and provide support on tax related part;
- Assist in China custom import / export data supporting work;
- Timely bind and archive tax documents and reports.
- Provide tax cash-out forecast for both external and internal usage.
- Manage the IC TP recharge calculation
- Assist direct supervisor on other China tax projects
- Ad-hoc tax advisory support on daily operation
- Liaise with external/internal auditor and provide documents as requested to ensure fully compliance with control policies.
Treasury
- Assist in local bank management, including the fund transfer, bank statement, etc.
- Assist in cash forecast to ensure the sufficient funding for operation
- Assist in foreign payment process to fulfil the local SAFE requirement
- External facility / Entrusted loan management
- Support monthly cash flow report if any
- Deposit and manage liquidity accordingly
- Other tasks requested by direct supervisor
- Bank account/mandates/signatories' maintenance
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tax/Treasury advisory background, working experience in Consumer industry or Big4 would be a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and advance knowledge of Excel and SAP is required
- Familiar with E banks operation, FX payment practice and regulations, be familiar with Golden tax system, solid accounting/tax/treasury knowledge.
- Innovative, flexible and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take initiative and adapt quickly to changes
- Business travel (to Dali) as required.
