About the Function
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Tower is part of Global Supply Chain Operations and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including general accounting, controlling, management and financial planning and analysis. The tower is responsible for the interpretation of financial data, the coordination and management of financial reporting, the management of the P&L and balance sheet delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency. Tower responsibilities also include ensuring there is a true and fair representation of business performance at the cut-off point for the period and transparency on financials for Business Performance Management.

About the Role
Purpose of the Role
To ensure management and execution of the Performance management agenda through development of a robust annual plan, reinforced by a monthly rhythm of processes and analysis to deliver timely information and insight, forecasting and to enable the organization to make high quality decisions which drive peer group leading performance.
Top Accountabilities
- Drives the monthly Landing, BPM cycle and O&R reviews. Responsible for the management of P&L, cash flow and extended working capital requirements, processes.
- Develop an efficient and effective planning process for the organization. Work with business partners and stakeholders to deliver the planning process in line with standards and timelines. Focus the Business Unit Leadership team on the interventions required to keep performance on track and ensure that the process supporting the BPM cycle is robust and delivers the right information each month in a timely and fit for purpose manner. Able to influence the decision-making process, support short-term strategy conversation, flag arising R&Os.
- Continually drive for best practice and develop a culture for innovation and continuous improvement in service of continued efficiency and effectiveness. Identify and drive, WoW, simplification, digitalization initiatives and projects.
- Ensure that all compliance, control related requirements are met within the immediate organization and pro-actively support business partners on the same field.
- Lead a team of currently 8 colleagues, support their personal growth ambition, setting up goals and deliverables which are contributing to the overall agenda and priorities of the function and the market.
About You
- Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business.
- 7-8 years' experience is management or financial accounting, Financial Performance & Analysis and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- Fluent English knowledge
