  • The Supply Financial Planning and Analysis Team is at the heart of the analysis that goes to the Executives, and connected to a variety of key partners, including markets, strategy, and various teams across finance.
  • Supply FP&A supports Diageo's monthly operations development, multi-year strategic plan and leads the annual financial planning process. It leads integrated performance management by proactively delivering quality insights and analysis that support decisions to enable delivery of Diageo's annual COGS targets and external commitments.
About the Role:
  • Lead the month end close process with reporting, analysis, strong storyteller and providing strategic insights in the monthly cycle.
  • Partner with the strategic planning team and corporate in the development a 3-year strategic plan that achieves delivery of Diageo's external commitments and progress on strategic priorities.
  • Support a streamlined and efficient annual financial planning and target setting process, including scenario modelling
  • Lead and support the executive presentations every month to different audiences (VP, director´s levels)
  • Supporting the development of new reports and maintaining existing ones, leveraging skills of the future tools such as Tableau, PBI, Phyton for reporting and scenario modelling
  • Lead and couch two master individuals: Central OH (Opex) manager and FP&A assistant manager

Required Experience/Skills/Abilities/Languages:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, and with master's degree or equivalent experience preferable
  • 10-15 years of finance professional experience in worldwide class companies
  • 3-5 years of FP&A master roles with worldwide exposure
  • Timely identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Excel Advanced
  • Outstanding executive communication skills
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Team-lead previous experience
  • Excellent business English skills
  • Solid understanding of financial/management reporting PC skills / System knowledge: MS Office and group reporting and consolidation tool preferable (i.e. SAP R4, Essbase, Power point, Power pivot, PBI)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to lead several projects/deliverables at the same time
