Supply FP&A team are the Performance Managers for Plan, Make, Move, Procurement and other areas, including brand innovation and engineering as well.

The position will be part of Diageo Global Supply. The FP&A Lead Analyst (Global Brands Supply) role is about reporting, forecasting, explaining and owning supply business performance, driving business insight, being a key business partner for the supply operation leads.

  • Financial business partner for the internal Financial and Operation teams collaborates with the business unit
  • Operates the globally standard, timely and accurate planning, reporting and forecasting processes for markets in scope
  • Provides insight into financial performance and financial data to support global investment and strategic decisions for the assigned markets, professional area.
  • Provides input to the one-year and multi-year target setting for a specific P&L area
  • Support simplification agenda to achieve simplified, standard and automated processes
  • Ensures Control and Compliance Agenda is implemented & followed for the related professional area
  • Take ownership on flagging and managing financial risk proactively


About You
  • Degree in relevant finance / accounting/ business area
  • 4-5 years' experience in Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling
  • Good accounting knowledge
  • Strong Excel knowledge
  • Fluent English knowledge
