The Supply Financial Controlling and Analysis team is a truly global and diversified department. We are contributing through the end-to-end Supply Chain from the consumer to the supplier. We are playing a big part in making our brands as we source, distill, brew, pack, and ship.

About the Role
It is the role of the Europe COGS FP&A Junior Manager to work closely with various finance and non-finance stakeholders to deliver breakthrough understanding and analysis on the COGS of our largest and most complex European market - Great Britain. You will gain an in-depth understanding of COGS elements that are managed in-market (such as the costs of the secondary logistics operation) as well as the standard-based part of COGS and holistically own the entire COGS line of the market.
Top Accountabilities
- Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various reports, O&R, cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related landing, O&R and BPM review meetings
- Support the preparation and submission of the Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
- Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective financial statements for any inconsistencies.
- Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders
- Support finance processes
- Provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested
- Understand insight behind the reporting through market engagement and relationship, as well as market drivers
- Build relationships with key markets to ensure accuracy in COGS reporting and act as support where required
About You
- Degree in relevant finance / accounting/ business area
- 5-7 years' experience in Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis / Financial Controlling
- Good accounting knowledge
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Fluent English knowledge
