Purpose of Role

Reporting to the HR Director, Greater China, the purpose of this role is to partner effectively with the function leaders in Greater China in driving the performance potential and delivering the long-term growth agenda. The role will also support HR Director, Greater China in implementing Global and APAC HR programs across Greater China

Role Responsibilities

Accountabilities
  • Build trusted partnership with function leaders to deliver people solutions supporting overall business objectives
  • Develop and implement talent and succession plans to future prove the functions with right talent and capabilities
  • Effectively utilize performance management and reward process to motivate and drive performance
  • Build world-class function capabilities and people management capabilities
  • Be closely involved throughout the "employment cycle" to create fulfilling employee experience
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and agility enabling people to be the best and truly fulfil their potential
  • Effectively utilize employee data and reports to generate insights to support people and organization decisions
  • Partner with Head of HR, China and Head of HR, Taiwan, lead the execution of global and APAC people programs across the market


Qualification & Experience
  • Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering with multinational companies involving all areas of the HR functions including talent management, capability & L&D, change management, culture and behaviors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive change and the necessary intervention
  • Able to actively connect with and effectively leverage the knowledge of the broader HR community to drive successful implementation of global and APAC HR programs
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Ability to analyze and generate insights from data
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
