Role purpose:

As the D&T Solutions Architect- Corporate Functions, you will be the global Digital & Technology leader responsible for the definition, implementation and management of technology capabilities that underpin Diageo's global strategy, with specific focus on the various operating models and route to markets.

Your focus on the Solutioning for different Business Domains like HR, Finance, People, Legal, GBO etc will enable the overall Corporate Function strategy. You will work in close partnership with various Business leaders and alongside other D&T and business owners to define and deliver a best-in-class technology vision and roadmap, that will enable our Global Corporate Function Capability building and activation, at scale.

Key responsibilities:

1. Partner with senior business and D&T stakeholders to shape the future Corporate Function strategy and solutions and ensure consistent deployment and adoption across Diageo globally.

2. Deliver the technology ecosystem that underpins the core capabilities that includes HR transformation, People Transformation, Legal and GBO enablement's and scalable various services including Payroll consolidation, HR Process standardization.

3. Own the platform functional and non-functional technology requirements and roadmap, in alignment with the Corporate Function digital transformation, integrated planning and governance, and including innovation and continuous improvement.

4. Collaborate with Cross Functional architecture teams, Information Management & Security teams in making future technology strategic choices and integrating existing various Corporate function activities and Back-Office i.e. Infrastructure, ERP, and Integration layer, platforms services.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

1. Demonstrable global solutions build and implementation experience in Corporate Function (People, HR, Finance, Legal etc.) with a proven track record across product lifecycle (MVP, early service, scale up)

2. Excellent understanding integrated business strategies, processes and data flows, challenges and opportunities in practice, and ability to prioritize and translate these into robust technology solutions and roadmaps.

3. Excellent command of the technology stack, with particular focus on Technologies like Workday, SAP, Mulesoft, Data management and governance, Azure, AWS, Data Factory, Analytics, MS Power Apps, Power BI etc.

4. Excellent Architectural and Design capabilities with various design patterns towards Integration, Microservice based Architecture, Event Driven Architecture, Cloud Architecture (SaaS , PaaS, IaaS).

4. Experience with different Corporate Function entities like People, HR, Payroll, Legal, etc.

5. Good engagement and influencing skills, building plans collaboratively and engendering strong ownership across the team and stakeholders

6. Ability to build and empower a cross-functional, matrix team, including strategic vendor partners

7. Ability to support a vision for an integrated data strategy to develop enduring 1:1 relationship with Corporate Function and maximize long term value
