About the role
As a Shutdown Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Asset Care function within the Cameronbridge/Leven Engineering Centre. The role will cover Cameronbridge Distillery, Bio-Energy Plant and Leven Spirit Supply. The objective is to ensure all maintenance pit stops and shutdown periods are utilised effectively.
You will be responsible for:
- Working with Site Management, Maintenance teams, Production areas and contractors to ensure that maintenance activities are delivered on time and in full.
- Planning contractor work to ensure the work is clearly understood and performed to the expected standard whilst adhering to the Health & Safety standards we expect.
- Updating SAP asset history to ensure all maintenance activities (specifically contractor work) are captured with full description of completed works and parts used.
- Supporting process areas with crucial shutdown cleaning works. This will include intrusive splitting of plant, providing physical access, allocating vital trades support and ensuring all consumable parts are available.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised technical background in either Mechanical or Electrical field as well as sound knowledge of site operations and understanding of annual maintenance requirements to support decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
- Outstanding organisational skills to co-ordinate multiple activities across a broad range of subject matters.
- Ability to effectively manage workload, prioritise and deliver on time scales.
