About the scope
Diageo's Global Business Operations (GBO) strive to demonstrate the Finance Operating Model by supporting standard processes and systems with effective and efficient shared services strategy across Diageo, by internal services, through Business Operations centers across Diageo (main sites are Bangalore, Budapest, Bogota, and Manila). GBO has an employee base of approx. 2500 FTEs providing business support for migrated markets across Diageo.

The role
- Collaborate closely with the GBO and the Controller's Group LT, including all Experience Area Leads, customers at various seniority levels across GBO organization as well as Diageo customers outside GBO
- Act as partner to the GBO LT and CG LT members and the Experience Area Leadership teams and to support them in the delivery of the GBO performance targets
- Act as key partner to the GBO Experience Areas (Commercial, Supplier, Employee, Master Data, Finance and FP&A Experience Areas and related supporting functions) and their leadership teams
- Lead the performance outcome of the Experience Area P&L and Efficiency initiatives, working closely with EA Lead's LTs to leverage opportunities and close out risks to plan
- Provide decision support related to restructurings, outsourced contracts, other costs saving initiatives driving greater value for Diageo
- Drive the Business Performance Management: 1) Own the financial forecasting & planning process; 2) Coordinate and chair the monthly overall GBO, GBO EA and support CG Finance BPM reviews
- Act as global finance leader across the regional centers (Budapest, Bangalore, Manila, Nairobi, Bogota).
- Provide financial oversight and contract sign off primarily to the Budapest location.
- Drive the Overhead transformation agenda for the GBO & CG organizations.
The Senior Finance Manager will be a key member of the GBO Finance & Strategy Team which is key in driving GBO's Performance.

- Proven Expertise: 8+ years in financial performance management, financial controlling, or related fields.
