The team
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Experience is part of Global Business Operations (GBO) and provides oversight on financial activities and controls including management and external reporting and financial planning and analysis.

The department is responsible for the interpretation of financial data, the coordination and management of financial reporting, the management of the P&L delivering solutions that will increase insight and transparency, steering towards the defined strategy of the markets as well as driving automatization and innovation in the decision support infrastructure.
About the role

Join us as a Senior FP&A Analyst, driving insights and strategy for our Non-Alcoholic Beverages business and North America Corporate Functions-including ESG reporting, forecasting, and planning.
What You'll Do:
- Provide Regional Overhead Insights: Handle and supervise the North America Corporate overhead agenda, partnering closely with Business Partners and the COE Regional Lead.
- Own the Numbers: Deliver smooth, accurate, and insightful monthly close reporting, O&R cycles, and annual operating plans.
- Drive Value & Efficiency: Bring new insights to the table-improving how we work, identifying efficiencies, and contributing to significant change.
- Be a Partner: Help senior collaborators understand key overhead drivers with root cause analysis and business-aligned insights.
- Ensure Accuracy: Maintain the completeness and consistency of profit center and P&L data across markets.
- Support Forecasting & Planning: Contribute to budgeting, strategic planning, and cross-regional financial analysis.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3-4 years' experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or related roles
- Strong Excel skills and comfort with sophisticated datasets
- Proven understanding of accounting principles
- Experience in shared services or matrix organizations is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
- Strong communicator with the confidence to influence across functions and levels
