Context/Scope:
The Employee Experience function at Diageo Business Services is critical in delivering HR and Learning Admin/Operations support to over 23,000 employees across 70+ countries, as well as approximately 8,000 extended enterprise learners, including those in Joint Ventures and Diageo distributors. The Reporting Center of Excellence (CoE) within Employee Experience is pivotal in managing and leveraging data through harvesting, storage, reporting, and data visualization. By providing actionable insights through dashboards and visual reports, the team enables data-driven decision-making across the function.

Purpose of Role
The Reporting Analyst will drive data-driven decision-making through predictive and prescriptive analytics, data visualization, dashboards, and metrics using tools like Power BI and programming languages like SQL and Python. They will deliver actionable insights and provide high-quality service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Insights & Visualization: Use Power BI to create dynamic dashboards and reports that offer deep business insights.
- Advanced Data Reporting: Deliver customized, ad-hoc, and standard reports with in-depth analysis.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Maintain and refine HR data tools and dashboards.
- Customer-Centric Solutions: Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues with a focus on accuracy and proactive solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Share data-driven insights with senior stakeholders globally.
- Continuous Improvement: Embed smart solutions for improving reporting processes and data accuracy.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, HR, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience mandatory in data analysis, HR processes, and predictive analytics.
- Expertise in Power BI and other visualization tools like Workday, Tableau, Excel.
- Experience in managing data queries via systems like ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
