About the role

The Sales Support Analyst sits within the Business Effectiveness function of Northern Europe and is a key support for market execution performance ensuring the smooth functioning of commercial tools and processes across Northern Europe. The end outcome of this is to ensure efficient commercial operations growing the time spent by sales colleagues with customers and valuable activities by minimizing the time sales teams spend on tool-related challenges. This includes delivering clear, actionable insights into system performance to drive continuous improvements, enhancing training programs to address recurring knowledge gaps, and improving system adoption.

The role will operationally report into the Product Owner with the following job dimensions:
  • Ensure consistency of commercial data in systems.
  • Consolidate information from different sources to aid the tracking and analysis of commercial performance and results
  • Ensure transparency of all system and process issues encountered in the day-to-day operations of the sales team working with the Commercial Efficiency Manager to address those and guarantee continuous improvements.
  • Act as a guide on sales processes and information for Commercial Transformation Projects.


About you:
  • Third-level education, preferably in a business-related field
  • Commercial experience in Merchandising, Field Sales, Distribution management, or support positions to the commercial organisation
  • Some experience with performance tracking and managing large sets of data
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
