About Modern Retail team

Modern Retail is one of the channels under the Commercial team, responsible for managing leading off-trade customers such as Sam's Club, Costco, HEMA, Lawson, Family Mart, KKV, and others.

About the role

The Key Account Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts, key stores, driving sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves implementing sales strategies, achieving outlet pos and depletion targets, coordinating with internal teams, and analyzing market trends to maximize account potential and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Role Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key accounts and key stores to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve sales targets (both pos and outlet depletion) and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to key accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (customer marketing, data analyze, finance, etc.) to meet account requirements.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on account performance.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand product penetration within accounts.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly.
  • Train and mentor merchandizer and PG.


Experience / skills required

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant experience in key account management, modern retail accounts exposure would be a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client relationships.


Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to assist developing actionable strategies.
  • With organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, and other relevant tools.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
