About this role
You will be responsible for:
- Drive distribution and optimize trade coverage.
- Execute region/channel-specific business plans with a focus on customers.
- Effectively implement consumer/trade programs to achieve brand-building objectives and activate sales drivers.
- Build sustainable relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate tangible sales fundamentals to ensure success in-store.
- Collect and generate prompt, high-quality market data at all times, including reports, competitor feedback, and other required market information to derive insights.
- Possess the capacity and capability to take on a broader sales role and manage different types of business channels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales experience in a consumer goods company.
- Desire to explore and understand new concepts, asks questions, seeks deeper insights, and demonstrates the ability to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable parts for effective analysis.
- Drive to achieve goals and make a significant impact, proactively takes responsibility, seeks opportunities to lead, and can bounce back from setbacks while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
- Top notch sales execution, while "First-level" structured sales training is a plus.
- Hardworking, responsible, self-initiated, and a team player.
- Experience in the wine& spirits category or on-trade channel is a plus.
- A driving license is a MUST.
