Purpose of Role
To lead Diageo Mexico's RTC transformation, building a clear diagnosis and comprehensive roadmap of strategic interventions to redesign, strengthen and accelerate our On Trade, Off Trade and New Business channels - optimally improving the way we sell and market our products in Mexico to better serve our customers and consumers establishing a competitive advantage to win in TBA landscape.

Financial Accountability
Responsible for the strategic delivery of the full business top-line performance while also efficiency and margin expansion
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Build the 5-year RTC strategy for Diageo Mexico linked to a clear transformation roadmap that includes strategic interventions in the On Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade and New Business Channels
- Day-to-day management and execution of the defined RTC interventions
- Full accountability of Diageo Mexico's RTC, responsible for key strategic decisions such as where and how we most effectively commercialize our portfolio
- Define and lead key pillars of the strategy to drive balanced performance and market share increase
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead and mobilize the business, including cross-functional teams and external partners, to ensure a brilliant execution of the defined RTC interventions
- Engage and influence senior internal/external partners to ensure complete delivery of the RTC transformation roadmap
- Partner up with Channel Heads to deliver counsel and strategic support on the route-to-consumer agenda and critical interventions
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Degree in Business or Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced English (90%) and Microsoft Office
- Commercial and Strategy experience in CPG companies
- Solid Commercial skill - fully capable in Diageo Way of World Class Selling
- P&L and broader financial understanding
- Confirmed strategic, planning, analytical and negotiation skills
- Able to mobilise the business around a clear goal and engage key partners at all levels
- A driven self-starter, passionate about winning and implementing brilliantly
- Ability to prioritise and work in an exciting environment with a sense of urgency
