Role Purpose:
To lead a highly effective team of sales representatives in On-Trade to win market share for Diageo and outperform the competition.
Core Functional Responsibilities:
- Effectively recruit, coach, develop and motivate people for a high-performance culture.
- Plan for sales effectiveness on a quarterly basis to achieve KPIs.
- Build relationships with key On Trade and Redistributor customers.
- Develop and apply simple, tailored, defensible and conditional trade investment framework to be implemented with customers.
- Understanding of where and how to target trade investment to maximise ROI whilst delivering for our customers.
- Effectively balance short- and long-term performance goals in planning, execution and evaluation of activity.
- Relationship management with external and internal stakeholders.
- Skilled in developing customer and stakeholder commitment, negotiating for win-win outcomes with a diverse range of variables.
- Operates proactively - and where necessary, reactively - in order to beat the competition and gain share.
- Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders (Customer/Brand Marketing, Reserve Trend Leading Accounts, Off Trade, Sales OPS and HR).

- Suitable degree
- Valid Driver's license
Experience
- 3-5 years Sales experience, including people leadership.
- Commercial experience in FMCG is advantageous.
