What does this role look like for you?
As a Reserve Account Executive, this role is responsible for the ongoing management of Premium venues within the On Premise to drive volume, share and profitability of Diageo's Reserve portfolio. Working closely with state teams and the National Account Manager for Reserve, this role leads the execution of Reserve priorities to increase distribution, visibility & activation of Diageo's Premium and Reserve portfolio. The role is tasked to re-sign current partnerships and seek out opportunities to win new partnerships to increase Diageo's footprint within the On Premise leading to market share growth.
This role is accountable for the commercial delivery of a specified customer universe (as defined at time of commencement). This role requires an in depth understanding of where and how to target trade investment to improve value whilst delivering for our customers.
What you need to bring to this role:
- A strong and broad track record in a sales role growing existing and driving new business
- A passion and understanding of the hospitality and on premise industry
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to seamlessly adapt to new environments
- Excellent Communication & Relationship building skills.
- Advanced negotiation, resolving conflict and crafting collaborative relationship skills.
- Strong values and integrity with a customer first approach
