We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to leverage opportunities within our regional accounts and the northern part of the country, where these clients are industry leaders and have over 400 points of sale. The ideal candidate will focus on growing our presence and market share in key regions including Culiacán, Tijuana, and Chihuahua.

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with customers.
  • Build value for both the customer and Diageo through efficient, profitable, and shopper-oriented activities.
  • Analyze sales initiatives to achieve annual sales targets and Net Sales Value (NSV) in alignment with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Negotiate solutions based on customer and market insights to deliver mutual benefits for Diageo and the customer, encouraging a strong business partnership.

Top Accountabilities
  • Monitor and handle commercial metrics with customers, including Sell-In, Sell-Out, Days of Inventory on Hand (DOH), P&L, and Market Share.
  • Design and oversee the implementation of Joint Business Plans (JBP).
  • Ensure excellent execution of all sales drivers: Quality, Distribution, Visibility, Price, Persuasion, and Promotion.
  • Increase Diageo's brand volume and market share by identifying and pursuing opportunities, ensuring effective implementation of initiatives, and improving the customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Confirmed experience handling multiple key accounts with a focus on achieving sales and growth targets.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to effectively maintain relationships and navigate complex retail environments.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, with critical thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proactivity, initiative, and determination.
  • Solid financial understanding.
  • University or college graduate.
