As the Latin American market expands, there is a natural increase in production and in the diversification of our brands, making the integral strengthening of the entities in charge of quality control imperative in both, technological equipment and incorporation of new human talent. For this reason, a role has been created within the technical team of LA&C; an interdisciplinary group that is in charge of providing end-to-end support for many projects, from concept creation, through production, to periodic verification of the quality of our finished product.
As an artwork project coordinator, you will support the Artwork Manager with key tasks to deliver compliant Brand Change solutions that satisfy customer briefs regarding quality, cost, and timing.

Manage day-to-day production prioritization and artwork changes with all LAC repro Agencies. You will also lead timeline compliance from G3 artwork approval to G5 Release to printers. You will also feed the packaging engineers printing specifications previously developed by the Artwork Project Manager.
This role requires a basic understanding of industrial processes, printing processes, RCCP, problem-solving skills, and a good attitude to develop new capabilities.
This role requires organization skills, basic English, and attention to detail.
Other role requirements:
- Completion of Project Artwork Brief for all new components within a Brand Change project.
- Coordination of required component approvals across all relevant markets and for all variants in
- Brand Change projects. Be close to any requirement built within the component to correct the workstream.
- Build and maintain Regulatory Checklist fixed elements for artwork assembly.
- Issue resourcing tracker to Repro house time allocation.
About you:
- Bachelor of Engineering or Similar
- Experience working on project management. Experience managing artwork is a very appreciated plus.
- Experience in print production is desired.
- Problem-solving oriented. Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience managing multifunctional teams
- Languages: English and Spanish (required).
