As the On Trade channel continues to grow, customers become more sophisticated and thus require us to deliver a higher level of strategic involvement and brilliant execution in order to continue growing our brands and categories in partnership with them.
It's our responsibility as market leaders to continue developing the On Trade and our customers through a more specialized understanding of the channel in order to deliver our Diageo World-Class Sales dynamic growth model: Net Revenue Management, Commercial Planning, Every Day Great Execution and Performance Management.
In addition, off trade is a critical showcase for our portfolio to delight shoppers&consumers in key occasions across relevant segments behind reach and execution
Purpose of Role
To lead the projects about Salesforce internally called EDGE & TRAX image recognition tool products between local market - global sales -global product owners. EDGE is a commercial platform to boost instore performance handling all execution critical opportunities.
Knows the product vision, knows why we need to build and what problem to solve for whom.
Key Functional Responsibilities
- Must be able to communicate different messages to different partners about their product and project
- Helps partners to get the IT solutions that we need
- Readily available to answer questions and prioritize work from the delivery team
- Know the On & OFF Trade Strategy in line with our performance ambition and external environment
- This role is the sole person responsible for handling the Product Backlog (work items list) and improving the value of the product resulting from work of the Product Oriented Delivery (POD).
- May need to collaborate with various team members (users, SMEs, etc.)
- Handle Salesforce and Trax customer and product databases as data asset owner. Coordinate data updates and cleansing activities across On - Trade, Off Trade, and BAU teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Become a strategic partner with solid relationships with the EDGE users, D&T, Admin managers.
- Lead key partners in On & OFF trade, CP&A On Trade and global contacts

- Able to make decisions concisely
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Degree in Business or Engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency English /Spanish (90%) and Microsoft Office
- +5 years of experience in Sales, Administration, IS, Analysis Roles.
- Ability to move between strategy and execution
- Able to mobilize the business around a clear goal and engage key partners at all levels
- Global teams and cross-functional leadership skills
- A driven self-starter, passionate about winning and implementing brilliantly
