Role Responsibilities:

Process Analyst
• Create, update, and maintain supplier master data in ERP and procurement systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier data inquiries and issues.
• Conduct regular audits of supplier data to identify and rectify errors, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to gather and verify supplier information, improving data quality
• Work closely with procurement, finance, and compliance teams to gather necessary supplier information.
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and ensuring compliance with data requirements.
• Analyzed supplier performance data and presented findings to stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
• Validating the DUNS number before updating in the system.
• Assisted in the migration of supplier data to a new ERP system, ensuring minimal disruption and data loss.
• Receive request to create or update & Customer and vendor records through outlook, Coupa/Parma or excel file and enter the data from the request.
• Blocking and unblocking of the supplier record on temporary or permanent basis
• Performing call validation for the bank details and contact details changes.
• Performing risk screening for the new supplier records and existing supplier records.
• Monitoring of E-mails on regular basis and provide correct and timely responses as per agreed turnaround times.
• Receive request to change, update vendor banking details from the following routes outlook, Coupa, email or excel file.
