What does this role look like for you?
The Premix Innovation Lead owns key facets of the premix innovation plan (for both renovation and innovation) supported by an innovation exec to ensure we have a winning portfolio for now and the future. The role has four main components:

- Joint ownership of premix strategy development with Head of commercial excellence and premix insights lead
- Ownership of translating total business strategy & premix strategy into a rolling three year innovation/renovation pipeline for on and off prem that delivers on commercial and consumer targets (leading the one pipeline and resourcing conversations)
- Leading development of breakthrough innovation ideas for now and the future that deliver category growth (NTW and RTM) including working with local supply and global R&D for long term breakthroughs
- Owning innovation process to ensure efficient running of projects and pipeline across the team
As a leader in a new function supporting the Head of Premix this role will need to foster a culture of agility and creativity that stretches the boundaries of existing thinking and challenges established processes. Thinking end to end from insight to bundle development to launch
strategy in close collaboration with the category, marketing and commercial excellence teams.
This role is responsible for delivering thought leadership and inspiration on the future of RTD for both on and off premise.
