Fixed Shift Pattern: Nightshift
Sunday: 9pm - 6.00am - 30 min unpaid break
Mon-Thursday: 10pm - 6.00am - 30 min unpaid break

- The largest packaging site in our Scotch category
- Supply of circa 30 million cases of our iconic brands globally from Shieldhall with household names and global leaders like Johnnie Walker, Buchanan's, Bell's, J&B Scotch Whisky.
- Comprises 7 production lines, a spirit supply operation, multiple other dry and wet component areas, and circa 400 people.
- The team is a mix of energetic, dynamic, diverse talent with plenty of learning and growth opportunities internally.

Top Accountabilities -
- Bring strong leadership on shift and with your team.
- Implement continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices.
- Coaching a multi-disciplinary team of production operators and engineers to develop them as individuals and as a team to lead a step change in engagement.
- Delivery of balanced business scorecard results in area to drive performance.
- Ownership of medium to long term strategy for their area including CapEx and investment proposals to support productivity and performance improvement in line with the business strategy.
- Day-to-day accountabilities, responsibilities and ownership of all "run" the business activities. Support, create and develop "improve" activities.

- Managing a team of Equipment Owners, Operators and Engineers.
