Friday 1pm - 7pm, Saturday 7am till 7pm and Sunday 7am till 7pm

About the role
- Working with the weekend team, you'll play a pivotal role in the packaging process, where you will be responsible for the manual hand-packing of some of our most famous brands, in addition to using industry leading machinery.
- Health and safety compliance is key, and you'll be at the forefront of making sure this is monitored alongside other Key Performance Indicators and targets including quality, efficiency, energy management, planning and cost efficiency.
- Flexibility to demand will be required in addition to these hours to provide sickness/holiday support in line with operational needs.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems.
You'll be able to push forward your own ideas about improvements to current approaches and appraise new opportunities. You'll have the drive to make a positive difference to manufacturing excellence and show your excellent communication skills.
You'll have a proven record in root cause problem solving and be able to highlight this to respective teams to ensure continuous improvement within our operations.
