We are looking for an On-Trade (HORECA) 3rd party Distributor & Key Account Manager to join the Benelux On-Trade Team. This is an excellent secondment opportunity for 6 months until September 2025.
Role description
The main objective of this role is to realize Diageo's growth ambitions in the Belgian On Trade channel through collaboration with our selected On Trade partner. Growing business through increased coverage of outlets driving more distribution, visibility, and activation is a key pillar to realizing the Benelux and Northern Europe ambition. The role is the link between our On Trade Partner, its Field Sales Force, and Diageo Benelux. The position will facilitate the execution of the 2025 targets, supervise performance, and support the partner in representing Diageo On-Trade outlets in Belgium. They will also visit a universe of Wholesalers to understand the commercial performance landscape fully.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead service with 3rd party agency for the Belgian On Trade market.
- Day to Day-to-day engagement and support in performance, briefings, customer negotiations, and customer contracts & settlements for 3rd party agencies.
- Control performance, address gaps vs. contractually agreed service, and set targets.
- Conduct weekly and monthly reviews. Provide input to all internal partners.
- Engage internal teams with feedback from the 3rd party as a contact person and implement new ways of working (incl. change management) in both directions.
- Spend time in Trade with 3rd party Field Sales Managers to mentor & train.
- Management of Indirect Wholesale Customers in the Belgian Market (KAM responsibilities).
About You
- Key Account, Strategic Account, and Distributor Management experience.
- Beverage/On Trade experience preferred.
- Team management experience in sales within the FMCG industry
- Proficient in Flemish and English, French is a plus
- Proactive and conclusive behavior and analytic skills.
